We've only deployed to one cafe so far (the one we own). The next handful of installs help us shake out edge cases and build the case studies that get future cafes through the door. Early adopters get a permanent discount, a free white-glove onboarding, and a direct line to the team. After we hit 10 customers, pricing moves to $199/mo and the setup fee comes back. Founding customers keep $150 forever.
