For indoor play cafes

Run your play cafe
without the duct tape.

Online booking, member memberships, party invites with waiver collection, cafe POS, and the daily to-do list — in one place built for indoor play cafes, by someone who runs one.

Built and battle-tested at Hey, Let's Play! in Benton, Arkansas.

You shouldn't need 6 apps to run one cafe.

Most play cafe owners we've met juggle a booking tool, a POS, a forms app for waivers, a separate party CRM, a spreadsheet for memberships, and a Slack channel for cleaning checklists. None of them talk to each other.

Sundae replaces all of it with one system that knows the parent booking the party is the same family who walks in on Tuesday for open play and the same one ringing up a latte at the cafe.

What's in the box

Online booking

Open play, parties, events, member benefits — all on one customer-facing site you can theme to your brand.

Party invites with waiver collection

Hosts share a link. Guest parents sign the waiver ahead of time. You walk into a party with check-in pre-done.

Cafe POS

Touch-grid ordering with modifiers, member perks, sales reports. Pre-orders attached to bookings show up at check-in.

Memberships

Recurring billing via Stripe with monthly coffee + snack perks the cafe can redeem at the POS.

Daily task tracker

Opening checklists, cleaning rounds, party prep — built to replace Jolt or whatever printed list lives by the register.

The Scoop dashboard

At-a-glance day timeline showing parties + open-play capacity flux. Click any slot to see who's playing.

Built by an owner, not a software company.

Sundae started as the internal tooling for Hey, Let's Play! — when we got tired of paying $400/month for software that still made us export spreadsheets to do basic things, we built what we actually needed. Now we're opening it up to other owners who'd rather run their cafe than fight with their admin tools.

Curious if it fits?

30-minute call, no slide deck, no commitment. Show us how you run your day, we'll show you how Sundae would change it.
